Global Headquarters: Guelph, Canada
Guelph, Canada serves as CGL Manufacturing’s centre of excellence for engineering, CNC machining, fabrication, paint, and assembly, as well as its global headquarters and North American distribution centre.
Our 144,000 sq. ft. state-of-the art facility is our customer’s one stop shop for complete component solutions, with machining, fabricating, painting, and assembly operations all under one roof. We’ve designed this space for maximum efficiency by organizing processes around production cells that not only minimize inventory and material movement, but also reduces production lead times.
Guelph is located just off of Ontario’s Highway 401, only 45 minutes west of Toronto.
Henan and Liaoning Provinces, China
In 1999, CGL Manufacturing expanded operations into China, where we provide casting, machining and fabrication component part supply solutions from two supply campuses. Each supply campus is comprised of:
- Foundry facilities – Iron (Resin Sand, Green Sand, Shell Core), Steel (Sand Cast, Investment Cast), Aluminum (Die Cast, Permanent Mold)
- Machining facilities – CNC Horizontal, Vertical and Turning Machines
- Tier 1 Suppliers (Forging, Heat Treat, Plating, Paint)
